We ship globally and welcome customers from all over, but by using this site, you agree that Swedish and EU laws apply (see Section 13).

WHO CAN USE THIS SITE

Orders

When you place an order, it becomes an offer to buy, which we can accept or decline.

We'll confirm your order via email, but we reserve the right to cancel or limit any order if:

 •The item is out of stock

 • There’s an error in price or product info

 • We suspect fraud or misuse

Prices & Payments

All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) where required under EU law. Prices are displayed in EUR or your local currency (depending on your location).

We accept secure payments through trusted third-party providers. Kreedo does not store your payment details.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but you’ll always be charged what you agreed to at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the EU and internationally. Shipping costs and times vary by location and are shown at checkout.

While we aim to deliver orders promptly, delays caused by customs, carriers, or external issues are out of our control. You’re responsible for any customs duties or import taxes outside the EU.

Returns & Refunds

We follow the EU Consumer Rights Directive, meaning you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, no explanation needed.

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

 • Returned within 14 days of cancellation

 • Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Intellectual Property

All content on kreedo.store — including logos, images, graphics, and text — is owned by Kreedo or licensed to us. You can’t copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

Your Account

If you create an account, keep your login info private. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your login. If you suspect any unauthorized use, notify us immediately.

9. Promotions & Offers

Discounts and promo codes are only valid for the time and terms stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any offer without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

 • We’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

 • We’re not responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties

 • Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the affected order

Nothing in these terms excludes your EU consumer rights, including those under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law and applicable EU regulations. If there’s a dispute, you agree that:

For customers outside the EU, local consumer laws may also apply — but to the extent legally permitted, Swedish law takes precedence.
