How long does shipping take?
Sweden: 1–3 business days

EU countries: 3–7 business days

International: 5–10 business days (may vary due to customs)

All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Sweden. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over €130 within Sweden. For orders under €130 or international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Kreedo delivers to over 170 countries. Please enter your address in English characters only, as some couriers may reject non-Latin script.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?
If you’re outside the EU, your country may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees before delivery. These are not included in your order total and are your responsibility. Kreedo does not cover or reimburse customs charges.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or returned?
If your tracking hasn’t updated within 21 business days (international) or 7 business days (EU/Sweden), check with your carrier or local post office first. If your package is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery, you can pay to have it re-shipped or receive store credit (shipping is non-refundable). For stolen, damaged, or missing packages, file a claim with the courier and contact us at contact@kreedoclub.com — we’ll do our best to help.

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Who covers the return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case, we’ll cover it.

How do I start a return?

with your order details. If approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Do you accept exchanges?
The fastest way is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. We don’t accept returns on custom or personalized products, final sale items, undergarments (for hygiene reasons), or gift cards.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@kreedoclub.com

How is my personal data handled?
We respect your privacy. Data is only collected to process orders, improve our site, and provide support. We don’t sell your information.

Is shopping on Kreedo secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers like Shopify. Your details are encrypted and never stored by us.

Do you use cookies?
Yes. Cookies help us remember your settings, improve the site, and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Do you collaborate or take funding?
No. Kreedo is fully independent. We design everything ourselves and create all of our own content.
