RETURN POLICY

WE OFFER A 14-DAY RETURN POLICY, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ITEM TO REQUEST A RETURN.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED IT: UNUSED, UNWORN, WITH TAGS ATTACHED, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. YOU’LL ALSO NEED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE.

• IF THE RETURN IS DUE TO A FAULT ON OUR PART (E.G., DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEM), WE WILL COVER THE RETURN SHIPPING COST.
• ITEMS SENT BACK WITHOUT A PRIOR RETURN REQUEST AND APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR REFUNDED.

EXCHANGES

THE FASTEST WAY TO GET THE ITEM YOU WANT IS TO RETURN THE ITEM YOU HAVE (IF ELIGIBLE). ONCE THE RETURN IS APPROVED, YOU CAN PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE CORRECT ITEM.

 

EUROPEAN UNION – 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

IF YOUR ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED TO THE EUROPEAN UNION, YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RETURN YOUR ORDER WITHIN 14 DAYS, FOR ANY REASON AND WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION.

RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION: UNUSED, UNWORN, WITH TAGS ATTACHED, AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. PROOF OF PURCHASE IS ALSO REQUIRED.

 

REFUNDS

WE WILL NOTIFY YOU ONCE WE’VE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR RETURN AND LET YOU KNOW WHETHER THE REFUND HAS BEEN APPROVED.

IF APPROVED:

• A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS
• PROCESSING TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR PAYMENT PROVIDER OR BANK

IF MORE THAN 15 BUSINESS DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE YOUR RETURN WAS APPROVED AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND, PLEASE CONTACT US AT CONTACT@KREEDO.COM.
