RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at contact@kreedoclub.com. If approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to return your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@kreedoclub.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on custom or personalized products, final sale items, undergarments or personal items (for hygiene reasons), or gift cards. If unsure, contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct item is to return your current item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU 14-day Cooling-off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact contact@kreedoclub.com.
